“ I love the Carnitas and Carne Asada tacos! ”
“ Neat spot with authentic Mexican food. Had their breakfast burrito. Good flavor and portion size, just a bit too greasy (from the chorizo). The habanero salsa is great! The medium green salsa is good but heavy on the citrus they add. Good service. Also has a nice outdoor seating area that’s covered. The parking lot is small. ”

The jalapeno salsa is my favorite, and so far I’ve tried a couple different tacos, tamales, and a taco bowl. All have been great! Take it to go or eat on their heated, covered outdoor patio. ”
“ I love this place and I now specifically have it bookmarked for future visits to Portland. There is food displayed for customers to visually enjoy and get an idea of what is available. Omg, the smell alone is enough to get one salivating. I was so excited seeing that they served grilled and salted jalapenos. I ordered the tamales combo and enjoyed each bite. The chips and Guacamole is an essential to have with your meal. The horchata is a bit watered down but it is refreshing to have on the side with a hot meal. There is covered seating with a mural along the wall that is a great way to pass time as you chew. Such friendly service and I felt right at home there. Great recommendation ”
